Week in Review

I know it has been a while since I have lasted posted, but I feel like nothing has been going on to post about.  SO this past week I have had a total of 3 days off. WOW! This never happens for me.  As I sit here and reflect on this week, I wonder, "What have I done with my time this week??"  I honestly could not remember. So this is what I came up with...

Monday (first day off)- I was super lazy.  I remember I felt sluggish and very tired so I laid around most of the day.  I gave Cali a much needed bath!! Then I went for a run to try and motivate myself, kind of helped.  But the most exciting part....... took Q and his truck to get his new stereo and speakers installed (his birthday present from his dad).  Yes, that was the excitement of my day.  Q is beyond excited about his present! The funny part is that I have driven my car every day this week.  Usually Q takes it on days I don't really drive much since his didn't really have the greatest of stereo (yes, that means he left me with it).

Tuesday- I did go to work :(

Wednesday (second day off)- I was very productive around the house, then Cali and I sat outside in the beautiful weather and played in the doggy pool.  I got burnt this day (oops). Then we went to our friends house and had dinner and margaritas.  Margaritas are my weakness; I could drink them every day all day if someone would let me.

Thursday (third day off sort of)- I was DYING to go to Target.  I had not been in soooo long and I kept looking at sales and what not online and was itching to go; so I decided that I was working all weekend so I needed to go then.  Of course, I found some awesome items to purchase.  I hardly ever buy anything full price there unless I really just love it and have to have it, so I bought everything on clearance yesterday.  I was proud of myself for not buying anything just for me but I did find some shirt for Q.  He had been asking for a V neck t-shirt and believe it or not the only shirt in his size on clearance was a V neck so I had to have it.  After Target, I had to go to Walmart to purchase some things for work.  We were having a Zombie themed night and I was in charge of the decorations.  Of course my mind started running wild and I went with it.  So I spent most of my off day working on work stuff but it was painting so I didn't mind too much.  The decorations looked awesome at the Roadhouse and people enjoyed it.  It was great to mix things up.  (Pictures below)

Friday- Back to work for the next 5 days :( Looking forward to next week already!
