Happy Easter

HAPPY EASTER EVERYONE!

I hope everyone had an awesome day today!  Q and I didn't really have too much going on.  I had to work the base Easter Egg Hunt this morning which was kind of fun.  Pretty uneventful considering the hunt was over within 10 minutes and there were 2 hunts but we had to wait over an hour between each.  Once I finally got home, we decided to go try out some fishing since the weather was soo nice!!! We just stayed on base and went to this little inlet near our house.

Can I just say how CRAZY! Cali is with water.  I think the whole 2 hours that we were there, she didn't stop once.  She didn't even want to get close to us because she thought she was going to be put on a leash.  She played in the water, ran around chasing leaves, chewed on sticks, and whatever else she would find.  She definitely wore herself out.

I wish today could have been spent with our family.  Easter is such a day for families and it stinks we couldn't spend any time with ours.  I am glad to have our little family.  We enjoyed all of our time today together!
