Drawers

Believe it or not, I have been too busy to do much to the house but I wanted to discuss one thing that I have done.  One of the first things I noticed in our master bath was how gross the drawers were.  I knew it was going to be one of my first projects.  I didn't want to put my toothbrush or anything in the drawer because it was so nasty.

So of course I was at TJMaxx last weekend and I snagged some drawer liner paper.  Instant excitement! I could not wait to get home and get started.

This is what they started out as.  Gross right?

When starting this project, I realized how boring the drawers were just all white, which made it even better in the end.

So I measured and cute the paper to size and applied to the bottom of the drawer.  You could also put this on the shelves of a linen closet or wherever, which may be my next project.  Q better watch out, this paper will be EVERYWHERE!

Now look how much better it looks! Makes me happy every time I open a drawer. 

The colors just pop right out at you.  Could not be any more excited!

Now I feel comfortable putting thing in the drawer.  It just looks so pretty!

Where else would you put pretty paper? How do you feel about the drawers in the bathroom vanity of a used house? I'm excited about other projects to be done!
