I love going on little adventures with my husband. We decided one Saturday to venture out to Downtown Beaufort and then out to Harkers Island.
We found a little ice cream shop in Beaufort and walked around on the docks. Such a cute little town Beaufort is. We can't wait to take little Cali down there and walk among the people.
How cute is this! It still has its old town charm. It is a cute little fishing town.
And Harkers Island is super cute too. It reminded me a lot of Folly Beach in SC. It is definitely a beach island. The houses are all old and run down. I would love to spend a week out there, just relaxing at the beach. The houses probably creek and smell like salt air. I think buying a run down beach house and fixing it up would be really fun.
I think we will be visiting Harkers Island again in the future. :)
