Hurricane

We are prepped and ready to go for the hurricane (however much of it hits us). Cali is not so sure about the sounds that the wind is making on the house; she keeps thinking someone is here at the door so she is on high alert.

 I went and bought some candles yesterday just in case and stocked up on some food.  I made some muffins and pumpkin dip just for some snacking. 

The neighbor came over and helped me move our outside furniture just in case... everyone is so kind here.  There is a hurricane party going on next door and lots of inside time.  I think it is inevitable that the power will go out so I'm sure I will be searching for things to do then. 

Cali is super sad she isn't able to go for a walk or play outside... I hope she stops following me around.

We will see what the weather brings us.... should be interesting for sure.  Lots of rain and wind right now!
